- Not necessarily. This depends on your comfort level. We have clients that will remain home with our crews all day and other clients who will just ask us to lock-up when we finish.

- We typically ask that you remove all wall decorations and clear the room of small furnishings. Any other specifics will be discussed between you and your project coordinator.
- Will my furniture be protected during painting?
- Yes. All surfaces, including furniture will be protected.

- This will depend on the size of your project.
- What are my paint options?

- What if I dislike the color I originally chose? Can I change it?
- Yes, but additional charges may apply.

- We do our best to protect all landscaping and surfaces not being painted. Due to accessibility, we may ask you to trim shrubbery to allow access to work areas.

- All surfaces being painted will be properly cleaned, sanded, and primed as necessary to insure a long lasting quality paint job.
- We have rotted wood in some areas. So we need to have that repaired before your team arrives?
